Our Cases
Many whistleblower clients have trusted us to help them successfully resolve their legal matters. These include law suits filed under the qui tam and anti-retaliation provisions of the federal and various state False Claims Acts. Representative examples of such cases are highlighted below. In some instances we have relied on our negotiation skills and in others we have litigated aggressively. We have tried False Claims Act cases, pursued non-intervened matters, contested government settlements and relator share offers, fought for employment compensation and attorneys’ fees and have made good law in the process.
