Complaints filed will be reviewed at the NCDF and referred to federal, state, local, or international law enforcement or regulatory agencies for investigation. Where you will be able to report the fraud but NOT receive a financial reward. Or you can contact another whistleblower attorney to try to obtain a financial reward by filing a federal qui tam False Claims Act lawsuit.
